Jewellery Beginners and Intermediate Saturday 2024

Jewellery Beginners and Intermediate Saturday 2024

A Beginner is someone with no experience or some experience.

An intermediate who could engage in individual projects would have completed at least 2 beginner courses and have made a ring and a bangle. Intermediate students are then encouraged to bring their own designs or illustrations of jewellery pieces they would like to make in silver.

COURSE OUTLINE
This exciting jewellery course will introduce you to the hands on world of jewellery manufacturing. Beginners will be taught the basics of making a piece from beginning to end. Through exercises and projects, students are taught smelting, sawing, piercing, filing, soldering, bending, sanding and polishing.
